This 2-year project brings together 7 European airport places (Maastricht, Berlin, Frankfurt, Barcelona, Paris-Orly, Paris-CDG, Brussels) and the Airport Region Conference. Financed by the European Commission/Erasmus+, it allows an exchange of good practices between airport places in terms of job accessibility by working on the perception of these, by anticipating the jobs of tomorrow, and by innovating on the theme of initial and continuing training. The project is being completed in August 2020) and was disseminated through a webinar which brought together around forty participants in Europe (public structures for employment and training, airports, etc.).
A guide of employment best practices was drafted in English and then translated into 4 other EU languages (French, Spanish, Dutch, German).
