Val Francilia

Val Francilia is an urban project located on the former PSA (major French automotive firm) industrial site , north of the town of Aulnay-sous-Bois. Its concept aims to associate inhabited city – productive city – nature city. The aim is to bring together all the useful functions of a city and to work on their complementarity in order to build a unique place of life.

This urban project is based on a landscaped park that connects the Sausset and Ballanger parks. It will include a large number of diverse and complementary spaces: 2,000 to 3,000 housing units, three shopping centres, a gymnasium, two school groups and a college.

The project is expected to create 11,500 jobs by 2030. This is more than the number of jobs lost as a consequence to the closure of PSA site. Val Francilia is a place of quality of life that illustrates the dynamism of the area.
