Focus on Wholesale Trade and Retail

Paris-CDG Airport Area hosts a large number of international companies focused on B2B. The showrooms which are located on the area and the development of business parks are the showcase of the know-how of these companies.

In 2019, 17,000 employees worked in wholesale trade. The area has several interests for these companies:

• Adapted real estate infrastructure, such as Silk Road Paris, specialized in Asian wholesale trade;
• A multimodal transport network;
• A large number of resellers nearby.

Retail is also well represented with 5 major shopping malls such as O’Parinor (13.5 million visitors) and Aéroville (8.9 million visitors). These places attract local people but also passing tourists. A car village has also settled in the area with Audi and Volkswagen concessions.
