Paris-CDG Airport Area welcomes the world: a unique place for Business and Leisure
Approximately 327,000 sqm of spaces dedicated to trade fairs and events are present on the area. Among them:
- The Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Park, the first French trade fair and congress centre, where the biggest trade fairs such as the SITL (Innovation week for Transport & Logistics) and Maison et Objets take place… 2.8 million visitors visit these trade fairs every year,
- The Paris-Le Bourget Exhibition Park, which hosts the SIAE Paris Air Show every two years.
3 hotel parks are also located at Paris-CDG Airport, Villepinte and Le Bourget.
Paris-CDG Airport Area also attracts tourists thanks to its cultural heritage, its proximity to Disneyland Paris (located 30 minutes away) and its 5 golf courses. The 2024 Olympic Games are expected to intensify this momentum.
To accommodate these visitors, 3 hotel parks are located in the area with an average of 4 million nights per year and 12,700 rooms. The airport area is a place for experimentation for hotel brands which want to test new concepts because it attracts two types of customers: business and leisure (called «Bleisure»). For example, the Inside by Melia hotel has opened a hotel for Bleisure guests. The Managers were accompanied by Paris CDG Alliance and ADP Group teams for their implementation.
